We combine clinical assessment, evidence-aware interpretation and structured follow-through to identify what matters, act on it and reassess — without generic wellness or unnecessary testing.

Basilia Health helps organisations either audit and redesign an existing employee health and wellness system, or develop the strategy and design for a coherent one where none yet exists. Everything else — governance, retainers, differentiated pathways or clinical care — follows only where the work calls for it. The organisation may fund or coordinate the work; the individual remains the patient, and clinical information is not treated as employer-owned data.

Basilia considers both the person's health and the conditions in which performance is being demanded — the clinical, behavioural and, for organisations, work-system factors that influence day-to-day capacity. The exact scope depends on the individual, evidence, risk and service status.

Sleep opportunity, insomnia and sleep-apnoea risk, circadian factors, travel and recovery patterns.

Metabolic capacity

Strength, aerobic fitness, sedentary load, movement and minimum-effective-dose exercise.

The employer may fund the service. The individual remains the patient.

Individual clinical information is handled within the clinician–patient relationship, subject to informed consent, professional duties and applicable law. Employers receive only agreed operational information and carefully controlled de-identified aggregate reporting where the required consent, minimum-cohort and disclosure safeguards are met.

More information is not always better.

Tests should answer a defined clinical question, have an interpretation pathway and be capable of changing management. Basilia’s model favours relevant assessment and diagnostic governance over indiscriminate screening.
